Professional Experience

After my Post Graduation from National Institute of Advertising, my career began with India’s largest public relations firm. During my early days, I was pivoted towards health and consumer PR and worked with clients ranging from Becton Dickinson, MSD, Bausch & Lomb. Later, I moved in-house and build channel agnostic campaigns that were able to not only build corporate reputation but also deliver business impact. With my in-depth understanding and reach in tier 2 and tier 3 cities of India I stepped into entrepreneurial role with ‘PRinIndia’ – the largest media outreach network in India that allowed brands to take their message to the last mile connectivity. PRinIndia then united with ‘SPAG’, to reimagine itself as the leading healthcare communications and advocacy firm in Asia. Currently my passion lies in building the brand as I lead the overall brand management and people management at the Asia Pacific level. Ensuring that brand SPAG gets it’s top of the mind positioning at global level has been an important aspect of my role.  My belief in building a healthy culture is aligned with the core of SPAG’s philosophy while instilling and sustaining a people-centric and people-friendly approach at the workplace. That’s one of the positive forces behind a creatively charged, multidisciplinary, yet integrated communications entity.

Most recently I have been recognised as the Women Entrepreneur 2022 by Adgully, Innovative Leader 2021 by e4m, and listed as Top 100 Influential Game Changer in 2021 and Reputation Today 100 Most Important Professionals – 2021. I also represent as a country Chair -Public Relations wing at G-100.

How'd you get here

I have worked with some of the leading PR firms and corporates across different roles in media relations, media training, marketing, community relations, crisis management and internal communications and have been fortunate enough to have contributed immensely towards providing strategic and business direction to clients in various sectors like Healthcare, Wellness, Lifestyle, Travel and Tourism and consumer. I am intrigued with how PR and the world of digital have evolved together and enhanced my expertise towards Digital Marketing too with D Yellow Elephant (digital arm of SPAG).
