The Work
Using a thoughtful approach and strategy, we capitalize on trending health and wellness topics, tap into lifestyle experts from personal trainers and nutritionists to swim and Kids Academy managers – placing quotes and interviews in top publications. We orchestrate intimate media events to introduce influential media to new Life Time group fitness classes such as boxing, HIIT, and barre and continuously conduct outreach with seasonal and trend pitches to key regions across the country – creating local and community buzz for some of Life Time’s biggest markets. Additionally, the team positions Life Time’s CEO and other key executives as spokespeople for the business, brand, and fitness industry and expertly announced Life Time’s newest launches in Life Time Work coworking spaces and Life Time Living wellness-infused leased residences to generate media curiosity surrounding the brand’s business developments. Finally, we assist with major event PR initiatives for Life Time’s athletic events portfolio including the NYC Triathlon, Miami Marathon, Chicago Half, and more.
